A modern Starbucks building with dark exterior panels, wood accents, and large windows. The white “STARBUCKS” sign is mounted above the entrance, with a drive‑thru sign and outdoor seating enclosed by a metal railing.

Starbucks Coffee Company

As Starbuck's National Architect, AMAS helps evolve familiar spaces while remaining rooted in everyday routines—adapting each location to how guests use their local café throughout the day.

Our approach emphasizes light, warmth, and clarity. Natural materials, layered lighting, and open, intuitive layouts create flexible seating environments, while clear sightlines maintain visual connection across the café, drive-thru, and surrounding context.

Working within existing buildings requires careful coordination across interior, exterior, and site elements. Through close collaboration and early engagement, we translate brand standards into durable, buildable solutions—turning complexity into clarity. The result are refreshed environments that feel contemporary, welcoming, and integrated into each location.
