A modern two‑storey retail plaza with large glass storefronts, mixed brick and metal exterior finishes, and visible shop signage. Cars are parked along the curb in front of the building under an overcast sky.

Rossland Landing

Rossland Landing Shopping Plaza in Ajax is a contemporary retail development that serves a growing community. The project delivered a cohesive commercial environment that accommodates a range of retail and service tenants.

Planning prioritized visibility, access, and tenant flexibility. Building placement and site layout responded to surrounding roadways and traffic patterns. Entrances, walkways, and parking were clearly organized to support customer flow and efficient operations. Storefront design and material selection created a consistent identity while allowing for varied tenant fit-outs.

Delivery was coordinated across consultants and stakeholders to align site, building, and servicing requirements. The result is a high-performing retail asset that supports tenant success, customer convenience, and long-term value within a growing urban context.
