KUKU
KUKU Bar is a nightlife and entertainment venue designed to support high-capacity social use within a dynamic hospitality environment. The interior balances energy, identity, and operational performance.
Planning prioritizes circulation, capacity, and service efficiency. The main bar, lounge areas, private seating zones, and back-of-house functions are clearly organized. Layouts support both peak nightlife activity and smaller social gatherings. Lighting, acoustics, and sightlines are coordinated to manage atmosphere and comfort across changing conditions.
Material selection and finishes establish a bold and immersive identity aligned with the brand. Delivery was coordinated with ownership and consultants to align design and operations. The result is a high-performing venue that supports guest engagement, efficient service, and long-term value.
This space was designed by Aplin Martin’s Creative Director, Irfan Bukhari, during his time as Lead Designer with Bukhari Design Build.
